The first property he developed for me was a substantial Grade II listed terraced property overlooking Hyde Park, and our project, which started in 2006, was highly challenging. It included a significant basement excavation, increasing the square footage to over 17,000 sq ft. Where David excelled on this project was in his ability to take our unusual and challenging demands in his stride, delivering creative yet practical solutions which surpassed our expectations.

I have known David Franklin for more than 20 years. We first met when I commissioned him to design and oversee a small but complex architectural renovation of my then house in Chelsea. The work was done on time and budget to my complete satisfaction.
